Job description
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in delivering World-Class service and drive sales. You will supervise store operations, model best practices, and ensure staffing coverage to meet customer needs across all areas of the store.
You’ll coach associates on selling skills, educate the team on products, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment with a focus on customer experience and teamwork.
