Job description
Dollar General seeks an experienced store manager to lead daily retail operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will recruit, train and evaluate staff, manage opening/closing, and ensure safety, merchandising, and cash control.
Strong communication and customer service are essential to keep the store compliant and profitable. The role requires at least a high school diploma and retail management experience; bilingual Spanish is preferred in some locations.
