Job description
Ross Stores in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise Associates, and uphold Ross standards. You will drive customer service, merchandising, and store safety while delivering financial results.
The role requires at least two years in store or assistant store management, strong leadership, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, evenings and weekends. You will report to the District Manager and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team.
