Job description
The North Face in Novi, MI is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales while upholding brand values. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage store performance across inventory, scheduling, and loss prevention.
We look for 3-5 years of retail management, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and a passion for building inclusive teams.
