Job description
Sephora is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Fresno, CA, to be the heartbeat of the store. You will support daily store operations, lead and develop your team, and elevate the client experience while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
expect to coach, recruit and onboard talent, deliver ongoing feedback and ensure adherence to Sephora’s standards, policies and brand guidelines. This role focuses on leadership and operational excellence at the store level.
