Job description
Majors Management - MAPCO in Decatur, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and ensure a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.
You will oversee daily operations, train staff, foster a guest-first culture, and partner with the Store Manager to align operations with company strategy.
This onsite role requires a HS diploma, retail experience, strong communication, and the flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.
