Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with energy and accountability, creating a welcoming space for customers and teammates. You will set the tone for culture, coach the team, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across shifts.
As a hands-on leader, you will own scheduling, labor goals, inventory control, and ongoing staff development while partnering with owners and leadership to achieve store goals and a positive, values-driven environment.
