Job description
Victoria’s Secret in Texas Victoria store seeks a Store Manager to lead the sales floor, coach a team, and uphold brand standards. This values-based leader reports to the District Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow top-line sales.
You will drive operational excellence through merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and adherence to store policies while developing leaders and optimizing weekly schedules.
