Job description
Guitar Center in Davenport, IA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive revenue and EBITDA, and uphold a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
You will recruit, interview and hire managers and associates, train and mentor staff, manage P&L, schedule effectively to forecast sales, and ensure a superb customer experience while maintaining organized, inviting store merchandising and a positive work environment.
