Job description
Journeys Capitola is seeking a retail store leader to recruit, train, and manage store personnel to meet and exceed sales goals. The role focuses on customer service, staff development, and loss prevention while delivering an engaging in-store experience.
The position requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of the Capitola market is a plus.
