Job description
Build-A-Bear Saint Louis Galleria is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our retail location, drive the Guest experience, and coach a high-performing team of Associates and Bear Builders. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations to meet sales and guest-service goals.
In this role you will hire and develop staff, enforce brand policies, and ensure inventory and security controls are in place while delivering a fun, experiential shopping environment for guests.
