Job description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in our mall location. You’ll drive sales, recruit and develop staff, and manage performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
You’ll also oversee daily operations, from scheduling to merchandising, while staying connected with customers and trends. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of store management, a high school diploma, and a passion for pop culture.
