J.Jill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and leading a high-performing team. You will coach staff, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to drive a profitable store while delivering a world-class shopping experience.
You will maintain product knowledge, support daily operations, and uphold visual standards, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays in a women’s specialty retail environment.
