Job description
Bridgestone Americas is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead retail operations in Lufkin, TX. This leadership role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with pay range $55,170.00 to $93,780.00.
You will drive store sales, deliver excellent customer service, manage payroll and budgets, schedule staff, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship to grow the team and business success.
