Job description
Starbucks store manager leads a team of partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience, supervising staffing, training, and scheduling while ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
You will manage financial performance, safety, and security, modeling our guiding principles and driving improvements in a fast-paced retail environment with strong leadership.
This role requires coaching, performance feedback, and development of partners to meet store goals.
