Job description
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Hollister store location, overseeing staffing, training, and development of both part-time and full-time associates.
You will drive store performance, ensure brand standards, and sustain high customer engagement across salesfloor and stockroom operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, inventory control, payroll management, and maintaining visual displays according to Brand and Corporate direction.
