Job description
Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold Casey’s standards of service and cleanliness. You will hire, train, and supervise Team Members, coach them to meet performance goals, and coach a culture of CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
The role requires scheduling, labor budgeting, and collaboration with district leadership to develop action plans. A focus on safety, training, and motivation will be essential to success.
