Job description
Old Navy is seeking a General Manager in Cleveland to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to translate brand vision into store results.
You will coach behaviors, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on inclusivity and community engagement across all store activities.
