Job description
Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store, drive sales, ensure excellent guest experiences, and uphold brand standards. You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and daily operations to deliver consistent results for the community and team.
You will coach and empower team members, uphold food safety and quality standards, and partner with leadership to achieve store-wide targets while maintaining a positive culture.
