Job description
Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Manager to oversee donated merchandise operations and ensure customer and contributor service while developing sales and controlling expenses. This role reports to store leadership and supports the mission through responsible management of resources.
The position requires leading a team of assistants and store associates, hiring and training staff, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals in a compliant, safe environment.
