Job description
The Finish Line, Inc. in McLean, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service, sales, and team development while upholding the JD Finish Line brand.
You will supervise shifts, coach associates, manage inventory, open/close procedures, and contribute to hiring, training, and performance metrics. Strong communication and leadership are required; prior retail leadership preferred.
