Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the full operation of the store, ensuring company standards and best practices are met while delivering a friendly, easy to shop environment.
You will recruit, train and develop associates, manage stockroom, front-end and sales floor operations, and control expenses through best practices and productivity. The role requires five+ years of store management in retail, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English.
