Job description
Ross Stores is seeking a store leader to oversee all aspects of store operations in Fort Smith. You will manage the stockroom, front end, and sales floor to deliver sales and profit targets while maintaining an easy-to-shop environment.
You will recruit, train and develop store staff, ensure payroll accuracy, scheduling, and compliance with policies. Strong English communication and weekend availability are essential.
