Job description
Journeys Shoe Store at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS is looking for a Manager in Training to lead a vibrant, teen-focused retail team. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, drive daily sales, and uphold loss prevention practices while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers.
This role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
