Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for TJ Maxx in Bridgewater, NJ. You will lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention in a fast-paced environment.
You will recruit and develop Associates, drive sales, and ensure efficient store operations. A minimum of 2 years in retail leadership is required and you will mentor staff to achieve company initiatives and service excellence.
