Job description
Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team to deliver brand-forward service, drive sales, and manage operations on the sales floor and behind the scenes.
You’ll coach staff to become product experts, optimize talent, and uphold Carter’s values. You’ll ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment and coordinate payroll, budgets, and customer programs to grow loyalty and revenue.
