Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Clarksville, MD to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute store operations, merchandise standards, and associate development while maintaining a welcoming, competitive environment.
Responsibilities include coaching, sales strategy execution, and hands-on leadership on the floor, including POS duties when needed.
