Job description
Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Oklahoma City to lead a team on the sales floor, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment for families. You will coach staff, own customer experiences, manage operations and payroll, and develop future leaders.
You’ll collaborate on merchandising, oversee KPIs, and promote omnichannel shopping while maintaining Carter’s standards and brand. A strong retail leadership background and commitment to growth are essential.
