Job description
Luxottica's Sunglass Hut in Washington, DC is seeking a Store Manager who acts as on-the-floor leader, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience and outstanding service.
You will develop the store’s strategy, drive sales, recruit and train staff, and ensure brand standards are met on a daily basis.
This role requires leadership, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for fashion retail, with a focus on customer relationships and operational excellence.
