Job description
Ross Stores in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, maximize sales and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
You will recruit, train and develop the leadership team, manage payroll and schedules, control expenses and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering outstanding customer service. Five years of management experience and fluency in English are required to coach teams effectively.
