Job description
Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while upholding Lids standards and policies across scheduling, merchandise, and loss prevention.
In this role you’ll manage inventory, vendor relations, and in-store events, ensuring an welcoming environment and strong KPI achievement in a dynamic retail setting.
