Job description
Bridgestone Retail Operations in Rochester, NY is seeking a results-driven store leader to oversee all aspects of daily operations, coaching teammates, merchandising, promotions and customer service.
You will drive store sales, manage payroll and schedules, maintain records, and ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety. Qualified candidates bring retail management experience, HS diploma, and a valid driver's license.
