Job description
A women's fashion brand is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to drive store operations and ensure excellent guest service. This role includes leading a team, managing scheduling, and achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail management experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
