Job description
Dollar Tree in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily operations, drive merchandising standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and associates. You will learn to manage store profitability, execute company direction, and develop your team.
This role requires at least 3 years of retail management, experience with hardlines or variety merchandise, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
