Job description
RWB Thrift seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to join its structured program that prepares you for General Manager duties. You’ll learn to drive store performance through sales, profitability, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
During training you’ll work with experienced leaders, gain hands-on experience, and develop leadership competencies. Upon completion, you’ll lead a store when a location becomes available, owning performance and team results.
