Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role at our Pennsylvania convenience store. You will work with senior leaders during official training weeks and alongside the store team to learn operations, guest service, and team leadership.
This full-time program develops you into a bench leader, with opportunities to manage scheduling, coaching, stock, and food safety, while delivering an exceptional guest experience across shifts.
