Job description
Walgreens is offering an accelerated development program to prepare candidates for Store Manager roles in a Walgreens store. The program covers front-end and pharmacy operations, customer service leadership, and compliance with policies and procedures while rotating through learning objectives and store environments.
Participants complete required certifications and participate in ongoing coaching and performance reviews to demonstrate readiness for permanent assignment as a Store Manager.
