Job description
Charter Communications in Green Bay, WI, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals. You will manage daily store operations and oversee inventory, scheduling, and policy compliance.
You will recruit and mentor teammates, represent Spectrum with professional service, and help drive customer loyalty. A HS diploma and 2-3 years retail sales experience are preferred.
