Job description
Ross Stores in Burton, MI is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop a strong leadership team. You will recruit, train and coach Associates, manage the stockroom, front end and sales floor, and ensure payroll and scheduling align with business needs.
The role requires at least five years of retail Store management experience, a focus on customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
