Job description
Carter’s in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Store Manager who will lead our team to support growing families. You’ll coach teams to become brand and product experts, own their careers, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment that puts customers first.
You’ll drive merchandising, payroll, budgets, and KPIs, develop future leaders, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. The role requires at least 3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a passion for helping families
