Job description
Signet Jewelers’ Kay Jewelers brand seeks a Store Manager to lead a single-location team with a focus on sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory control. You will coach staff, drive brand representation, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building life‑long relationships with customers in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment.
You will oversee staffing, training, and performance management within the Store Manager role, reporting to the District Manager.
