Job description
Goodwill NCW is seeking a Stores Leader to oversee the donation door to floor process and drive sales performance. You will manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and safety, while upholding store standards and driving an excellent customer experience.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of leadership experience, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Travel to other locations may be required.
