Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager responsible for leading all store operations, staffing, training, and performance of employees. You will oversee inventory, pricing, stock presentation, and adherence to company policies while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have at least a year of retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive sales, safety, and operational efficiency across the store.
