Job description
Warby Parker is seeking a Store Leader for the NYC Market (Finance). You will lead a team of service-minded Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to execute processes and create exceptional customer experiences while driving personal and store financial targets.
You'll recruit and develop talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Marketing on events, all while upholding brand standards and Warby Parker values.
