Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations in Texas. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, ensure proper staffing levels, and uphold company policies while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and daily procedures to open/close the store. Prior retail management experience is preferred and the role emphasizes leadership and accountability.
