Job description
The Turner’s Outdoorsman in Paso Robles is seeking a Store Manager to be the business and cultural leader of the store team, responsible for achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and profitability growth while upholding the Turner's brand and culture.
You will supervise staff, ensure a high-value shopping experience, and drive budgeted sales while managing labor and inventory compliance, with emphasis on firearms policy and customer service.
