Job description
Cosmo Prof in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and drive a superior customer experience. The role supports the Store Manager in hiring, coaching and daily activities to meet sales targets and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail experience with strong communication, scheduling flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset. Cosmetology license is desirable but not required, enabling growth within the brand's store network.
