Job description
Goodwill NCW in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee donations flow, staff development, and daily operations. You will guide hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team while ensuring a strong customer experience.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to meet sales and production goals, maintain standards, and promote safety. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.
