Job description
Kay Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach a diverse team, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards while optimizing profitability and growth.
The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and product knowledge within a jewelry retail environment. Significant scheduling with opening/closing shifts and peak periods is expected.
