Job description
Dollar General in the United States seeks an experienced store manager to lead daily operations and ensure effective planning and execution of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, selling and staffing.
You will recruit, train and evaluate staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized, welcoming store environment.
